• H.S. (high season) : Summer holiday (July and August) and Christmas holiday
• M.S. (mid season) : School holiday (excl. Summer holiday and Christmas holiday )
• L.S. (low season) :  From September till June (excl. school holiday)

• W-E : From Friday evening till Sunday afternoon
• Week : From Friday evening (~17h) till the following Friday morning (~10h)
• Mid-week : From Monday evening (~17h) till the following Friday morning (~10h)

Extra charges

Fixed costs (per day for electricity, heating and water consumption : 

• May till September : 8,50 € / day
• October till April : 12,50 € / day

Guarantee and cleaning

• Guarantee : 125 €
• Cleaning: 25 € (Mandatory)

The guarantee has to be paid when collecting the keys and be paid by cash money only. Within 15 days after departure, the guarantee will be paid back, only if no damages has been found.
